Refund Policy
Mobile Power Station makes every effort to ensure our products are functional and complete. All MPS products come with the first 12 month warranty on defective parts and workmanship. Should you have any issues with your units, please return it to your place of purchase with your proof-of-purchase receipt.
We encourage you to take advantage of our policy however due to the nature of our products and the support model, we do not accept returns from the customer directly; we only accept returns from our distributors or approved outlets. So if you have a defective device, please go to the place of purchase to register your warranty cover.
